For several peaceful weeks, life on Trufflepot Farm has been wonderfully ordinary. The mysteries have stopped, old enemies have kept out of sight, and the Trufflepot Gang has finally found time to enjoy the quiet.

Then everything changes.

When a frightened young mouse named Pip appears unexpectedly at Trufflepot HQ, he brings troubling stories of strange lights, unfamiliar voices, and mysterious visitors at a long-forgotten Manor hidden deep beyond the woods. Most animals believe the Manor has been abandoned for years, but Pip is certain that someone is using it.

As Gwen, Mo, Hugo, Tinker, and Professor Hoot begin to investigate, more unsettling discoveries follow. A robbery at the farmhouse reveals that thieves have been operating nearby, while mysterious cellar doors, hidden access points, and unexplained activity suggest that Trufflepot Manor may hold secrets far darker than anyone imagined.

Determined to uncover the truth, the gang proceeds carefully, gathering information, questioning witnesses, and observing from a distance. Yet the closer they move towards the Manor, the more they realise they may be dealing with organised criminals who have chosen the perfect hiding place.

Meanwhile, Trufflepot HQ welcomes new arrivals, friendships deepen, and Pip slowly begins to find a place where he belongs. But beneath the warmth and safety of home, an uneasy feeling continues to grow.
